The shipment of the goods will be completed within 2 to 3 working days. Due to major holidays or the beginning of the new year, as well as adverse weather conditions, it may arrive later than usual.

Unopened or unused goods can be returned for a full refund within 14 days. For opened goods with quality issues, a partial refund may be applied and return shipping is borne by the buyer.
